Note: The general rule regarding the member-rate registration at EAS Congresses is: payment of EAS annual membership subscription (from January 01-December 31 each year) means that you are eligible to pay member-rate registration fees when attending the EAS Congress
the following year.
This means that for
EAS 2014 Madrid: Only Members who have paid EAS membership dues to the Society for 2013 are eligible for member-rate registration fees at EAS 2014 Madrid:
non-member registration rates will apply for Members who have not paid membership dues to the Society for 2013.
** Student registration must be accompanied by a letter from the head of department confirming your status and/or a valid student card.
Fees for all Meeting Participants include:
- Participation in all scientific sessions
- Invitation to the get-together reception
- Entrance to the exhibition and poster area
- Refreshments during the Congress breaks

Please ensure that the name of the meeting and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.
Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.

Note, in case of cancelation at any stage, Bank transfer admission fee (30 Euro) will not be refunded - applicable to Bank Transfer payments only.

up and including March 12, 2014 – full refund (minus € 35 handling fee)
- Cancellations received
between March 13 to May 12, 2014 – 50% will be refunded.
From May 12, 2014 – no refund will be made.
